Sour and Spicy Clams: A Quick and Easy Delicacy

Ingredients:
  • 500g Clams
  • Coriander, as needed
  • Onion, as needed
  • Spring onions, ginger, and garlic, as needed
  • 3 Thai chilies
  • 1 bag Sour and Spicy Chicken Claw Sauce
Instructions:
  1. Add water in a pot and bring to a boil with spring onions, ginger, and cooking wine.
  2. Add clams that have been purged of sand. Cook until they open and then for an additional two minutes. Remove and cool in water.
  3. Drain the clams and mix with onion strips, Thai chilies, a spoonful of minced garlic, and a handful of chopped coriander.
  4. Add the sour and spicy chicken claw sauce and mix well.
  5. For enhanced flavor, refrigerate before serving.
