Steamed Norwegian Arctic Cod with Ham

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod, 1 piece
  • Ham, 2 slices
  • Ginger, 4 slices
  • Yellow Wine (Huangjiu), 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Essence, 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Place the ham slices in a bowl.
  3. Lay the Norwegian Arctic Cod on top of the ham.
  4. Add the ginger slices.
  5. Drizzle yellow wine over the fish to remove any fishy smell and enhance flavor.
  6. Sprinkle chicken essence to enhance taste.
  7. Steam the fish in a steamer.
  8. Once the water boils, steam the cod for 5 minutes.
  9. Place the ham on top of the cod, and continue steaming for another 3 minutes to enrich the flavor.
  10. Serve the tender and flavorful steamed cod with ham.
