Black Chicken Stew with Carrots and Corn

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Half of a black chicken
  • 1/2 sweet corn cob
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Green onions and ginger (for taste)
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown.
  2. Cut the black chicken into pieces and blanch with green onions, ginger, and cooking wine to remove any gamey taste.
  3. In a pressure cooker, add the black chicken, green onions, and ginger. Season with 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce for flavor.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  6. Add boiling water and cook in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a wok, season with salt to taste, and add carrots and corn. Stew until the ingredients are fully cooked.
  8. Serve the stew on a plate.
