Simple and Crisp Stir-Fried Zucchini

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Zucchini, 1 piece
  • Green onions, 3 stalks
  • Garlic, 5 cloves
  • Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger, minced, 1 slice
  • Light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking oil, 3 tablespoons
  • Chicken essence, 1 teaspoon (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Wash and slice the zucchini.
  2. Prepare green onions, ginger, and garlic as shown in the image.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the zucchini slices and stir-fry.
  5. When the zucchini is almost cooked, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little salt, and continue to stir-fry.
  6. Before removing from heat, add green onions and chicken essence (if using), then stir-fry briefly.
  7. Serve the simple and crisp stir-fried zucchini.
