Drunken Marinated Crabs

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Small Crabs - as desired
  • Premium Drunken Marinade Sauce - to taste
  • Onion - as needed
  • Ginger - as needed, julienned
  • Cilantro - a small amount, for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Clean the purchased crabs thoroughly.
  2. Add water to a pot and steam the crabs on a rack, covered. After boiling, steam for about 5 minutes (adjust time based on the size of the crabs and the heat level). Use a transparent lid to check. When crabs turn completely red, steam for an additional 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and let them sit for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove the cooked crabs.
  4. Place two crabs in a container.
  5. Add some onion and julienned ginger.
  6. Pour in an appropriate amount of premium drunken marinade sauce.
  7. Now, the dish should look very tempting.
  8. Cover with a sealed lid and refrigerate for over 8 hours, allowing the crabs to fully absorb the flavors.
  9. Garnish with a bit of cilantro before serving.
  10. Display the finished dish.
  11. Enjoy the fully flavored crabs.
