Cod and Vegetable Rice Ball

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 40g
  • Lemon Juice: A few drops
  • Broccoli: 1 small floret
  • Carrot: 1 small piece
  • Cooked Rice: 1 bowl
  • Baby Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Organic Flaxseed Oil: As needed
Instructions:
  1. Prepare and clean all ingredients.
  2. De-skin the cod and chop it into small pieces. Place them in a bowl.
  3. Dice the carrot.
  4. Trim the broccoli florets.
  5. Put the carrot and broccoli in a food processor and chop them into fine pieces.
  6. Marinate the cod with cooking wine, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  7. Prepare the vegetables and use a few carrot slices to create a 'thumbs-up' shape for decoration.
  8. Mix the chopped vegetable pieces with the rice.
  9. Steam the mixture for 6 minutes after the water starts boiling.
  10. Combine the rice with the cod, add flaxseed oil and seasoning, and mix well.
  11. Finally, press the mixture into a mold, decorate with the carrot 'thumbs-up', and remove from the mold.
  12. Serve with a cup of milk, making it a perfect baby-friendly meal that children love.
