Norwegian Arctic Cod Sandwich

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Norwegian Arctic Cod: 1 piece
  • Bread slice: 1 piece
  • Egg: 1
  • Carrot, finely chopped: a small amount
  • Chopped scallions: a small amount
  • Oil: a small amount
  • Broccoli: 1 floret
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.
  2. Cut a square in the center of the bread slice. Set aside.
  3. Finely chop the cod and set aside.
  4. In a pan, melt butter over low heat, add the bread slice, and fry slowly. Add a suitable amount of beaten egg and continue to fry on low heat.
  5. Add the chopped carrot, cod, and broccoli.
  6. Drizzle another layer of egg, cover with the bread slice, and fry until both sides are golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a plate for serving.
  8. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
