Stir-Fried Yam and Black Fungus

Notes

Ingredients:
  • Black fungus, as needed
  • Yam, as needed
  • 1 Green pepper
  • Several slices of Carrot
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • 5 grams of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chicken essence
Instructions:
  1. Soak the black fungus and then chop it, along with the yam, green pepper, and carrot.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  3. Blanch the black fungus, yam, and carrot in the boiling water for one minute, then remove and drain.
  4. Heat oil in a wok.
  5. Add garlic to the hot oil until fragrant.
  6. Add the blanched ingredients to the wok.
  7. Turn the heat to high and stir-fry the ingredients evenly.
  8. Continue stir-frying.
  9. Keep stir-frying.
  10. Season with salt and chicken essence.
  11. Continue to stir-fry until everything is well combined and cooked through.
  12. Remove from heat and serve.
