Garlic Radish Shrimp Recipe

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 200g Shrimp
  • 1/2 White Radish
  • 1 bunch Vermicelli Noodles
  • 1 head Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • Hot Oil (for the sauce)
  • Green Onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Julienne the white radish and soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water until soft.
  2. Clean the shrimp, remove the heads and veins, and make a slit along the back.
  3. Mince the garlic and mix with oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and soy sauce to make the garlic sauce. Add hot oil to the sauce and mix well.
  4. Layer the white radish and vermicelli on a plate, top with shrimp, and drizzle the garlic sauce over.
  5. Steam for 8 minutes, then let it sit in the steamer for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
