Zucchini and Egg Stir-Fry

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Monosodium glutamate (MSG), a pinch (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Remove the seeds from the zucchini and cut it into thin slices.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs. Once the eggs set, scramble them and then set aside.
  5. Heat oil again in the same pan, add the zucchini slices and stir-fry until they soften.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan. Season with salt, MSG (optional), and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together until well mixed.
  7. Your simple and delicious Zucchini and Egg Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
