White Radish and Fried Egg Soup

Notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 White Radish
  • 10g Goji Berries
  • Scallions, to taste
  • Salt and Seasonings, as needed
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the image.
  2. Fry two eggs until cooked and set aside.
  3. Slice the white radish and blanch in water to remove any bitter taste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions until fragrant.
  5. Add the blanched white radish and stir-fry briefly.
